David Grisamore began his law practice in West Town/Wicker Park in 1996 immediately upon graduation from DePaul University College of Law. After several years of representing developers in new construction and condominium conversions he moved his office to the Loop and expanded his practice area to condominium law.

Since the late 90's he has worked with unit owners and associations in many litigation matters including: disputes, assessments and collections, condo government (including advice and amendments to declaration and bylaws) , developer disputes and real estate tax appeals.

He prides himself on providing the level of personal attention and access appropriate to each matter where he is retained.
